50g dark chocolate (85-90%)
100ml double cream
1 tsp butter
2 drops vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt

1. Pour the cream into a pan.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the cream.
3. Heat on low, stirring, until the chocolate begins to melt.
4. Remove from the heat, add the butter, and continue to stir until the chocolate is fully melted.
5. Add the vanilla and a pinch of sea salt, stir.
6. Pour hot over strawberries or try it on these delicious ready made Chocolate Brownies.
