Delivery Policy

We use a courier service to deliver to your chosen home or work address. Across most of mainland UK, we deliver next day, provided the order is placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday (see details below).

The courier will provide you with a 1 hour time window of when to expect your order to arrive however, if you’re likely to be out when we deliver, please provide instructions as to where you’d like your order left. You can also respond to the email/text from the courier to rearrange delivery for another day, ask them to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location or collect from your local pick up shop.

  • Orders placed by 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) ship the same day for next day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12 noon (Monday to Thursday) ship the following day, arriving two days after ordering.
  • Orders placed between 12 noon on Thursday and 12 noon on Friday, ship on Friday for arrival on Monday
  • Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday or on the weekend ship on the following Monday with delivery on Tuesday.

We can arrange a special Saturday delivery at additional cost if required.

Next day and free next day delivery does not apply to certain areas in the Highlands or the Islands. There is an additional delivery fee for these areas and delivery tends to take 2 working days from dispatch. If you would like some more information please contact our team who will be happy to help with more accurate costs and timescales for your area.

At the moment, we are unable to ship to Ireland or Europe.

Right of Return

You may only return Products that are faulty or defective. You shall be obliged to make the return shipment at your own risk and cost (which may be refunded later if the return is determined to be for valid reasons). The return shipment of the goods must be made to:

The goods sent and delivered to the address by The Natural Low Carb Kitchen must be in the original, unopened packaging and be noted with the original invoice number provided in the ‘shipping document’. The Natural Low Carb Kitchen will not accept any cash on delivery for returned Products.

We will examine the returned Product and notify you of your refund within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the Products to you.

This amount will be returned by means of a money order, bank transfer, or credit/debit card credit to be determined by The Natural Low Carb Kitchen. This transaction will occur no later than within 60 days after the physical receipt of the returned goods.

The Member will not be entitled to a refund, and shall assume all costs related to shipment, return shipment and the handling fee if the Products are not defective or do in fact correspond to the ordered goods.

The Natural Low Carb Store shall accept only the methods of payment offered at the time of purchase, i.e. payment per credit card or debit card. The Natural Low Carb Kitchen will be entitled to deduct the cost of any returns against the refund sum.
